Return Window
You may contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return or refund. We believe 30 days gives you enough time to ensure your product is perfect for your home.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).
How to Start a Return
Before returning any item, you must contact us at support@purovela.com to receive specific return instructions and the correct return address.
Note: Returns sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us at support@purovela.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include a photo or video of the issue in your email.
We will review the case promptly and provide a suitable solution, such as a full refund or a free replacement, at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Items damaged through customer misuse or neglect.

Items returned after the 30-day window has expired.
